Yes. There is a 12-month minimum term. After that it is month-to-month.
No lock-in games here. Your domain is yours from day one, always. Your logos and images are yours too. If you leave within the first 12 months, the remaining balance of the term is payable, and the website files stay with me until it's complete. After 12 months, just give 30 days' notice. Your website files become yours to keep, and if you're moving on I'll hand everything over and help you transition. Worth knowing: the files are the raw build rather than a ready-to-go site, so whoever takes it on will need to handle the tech side.
It depends. If you want to tweak things like adding a paragraph, or a new phone number then yes. But if you want to make changes that requires a re-design of the page, then that will be chargeable.
Only once the minimum 12-month term is completed. If you leave before 12 months, you keep possession of your domain plus any design assets like logos etc.

Yes. I highly suggest you provide real images. Using stock images signals to your customers that you couldn't be bothered.
No. We will work together to do this.
I can't promise you'll show up on page one. What I can promise is that your site will be built to meet Google's technical requirements: fast load times, mobile-friendly, clean code, and properly structured. That gives you a solid foundation.
You will need to find a company that offers SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) services. SEO is a complex field and is not something I offer.
