On average, sites take 3-4 weeks to deliver. But this can vary depending on the scope of the project.
Yes. I strongly suggest not using stock images because they make your site feel impersonal.
For content, during the design phase we will agree at a high level what will go in each area of your site. It's then on you to provide me with the content for that.
All edits are done by us. If you need to tweak anything just shoot us an email at edits@lmwebdesign.com.au and we'll get on to it.
SEO comes in two types. On-page and Off-page. I include on-page SEO with every website. This means your site will be built with proper page titles, descriptions, headings, fast loading speeds, mobile optimization - all the technical foundations search engines need to find and rank your site.
Off-page SEO involves external activities like building backlinks from other websites, managing social media campaigns, and local directory listings.
I focus on on-page SEO because it's the essential foundation that every website needs, and it's something I can control and guarantee. For off-page SEO strategies like link building or ongoing content marketing, I can recommend trusted local specialists if needed.
Both offers are similar but contain some key differences:
- Hosting, maintenance and unlimited edits are included as part of the subscriptions. They are payable if you opt for the monthly plan
- As part of a subscription, you have the option of having a FREE site refresh every 3 years, to ensure it is up to date in terms of design
- On the subscription plan, you get direct access to me 24/7 if you have any questions/concerns.
I offer two options for payment. Lump sump: $1500 and a subscription: $99 per month. Read more about what each options covers here.
